Note: After the first hour billing continues in 15 minute increments in the amount of $19.75.

This is by far our most popular service. In today’s computing landscape spyware and viruses are all too often are bringing PCs to their knees. If your computer is reacting slowly to input, and is popping up new bizarre windows, you probably have an infection.

Besides being absolutely frustrating, infections have the potential to put your personal information and online transactions at risk. We’ll eliminate any spyware/viruses that may have infiltrated your machine and educate you on how to avoid any future infections. It’s also important to know that we guarantee removal of all infections. If it can’t be removed you owe us nothing.

Is your Operating System shot? We can re-install and configure your PC or Mac’s operating system so you’ll be up and running in no time at all.

Our flat rate price includes the re-installation of your operating system with the appropriate drivers for your computer’s hardware. Data backup or additional software/hardware will be installed & configured at our hourly rate of $79/hr.

Note: Valid OEM/retail Microsoft/Apple disks are required.

First, we’ll start by unpacking your new computer and plugging everything in. Next, we’ll focus on setting up your peripherals (printers, scanners, cameras, ipods, etc). From there we’ll install & configure Antiviral/Antispyware software to make your computer secure against threats. At this point, we can install any additional software you desire.

Additionally, we’ll transfer any e-mail, pictures, music, etc. from your old computer to your new one. Finally, we aspire to make sure our customers have a firm understanding on the ins and outs of their new system.

There’s no catch – it’s the same great service – just at a lower price. With our remote software there aren’t any limitations on what we can do remotely. We can work on multiple computers at once, send files, initiate desktop sharing sessions for training purposes, and even reboot your computer into safe mode – all remotely!

All remote work is billed in 15 minute increments at $17.25 with a half hour ($34.50) minimum for all appts .

Virus and Spyware removal can be quite time consuming depending on the speed of your computer. That’s where remote virus & spyware removal is so nice. You don’t need to wait 3-5 hours for a technician to remove all the bugs.

Once we’ve established a remote connection to your computer you can go about your day – running errands, making dinner, etc. Just like with an onsite visit we guarantee removal of an infection. If we can’t remove it you owe us nothing.
