Q: What should I do to prepare myself for a visit?
A: There are several things that can be done to ensure a smooth visit:

  • Have all the original software/CDs (OEM) that came with your computer handy.
  • Ensure that there is plenty of room around the computer itself as we might have to get behind it or inside of it.

Q: Why do you have an hourly rate and flat rates?
A: We wanted to give our customers the most flexibility. For the customers that just need one service performed a flat rate makes the most sense. For more complicated jobs, using an hourly rate is more sensible instead of charging you for several flat rate services.

Q: Do you charge for travel time?
A: No. Our time starts when we arrive on location. However, we do have a $10 fuel surcharge fee if you’re located 20 miles or more away from our office.

Q: Do you only work with home users, or can you service my small business as well?
A: We’re here to service both homes and small businesses in the entire Portland Metropolitan area.

Q: Do you work on PCs only, or do you service Macs as well?
A: We work on both Macs & PCs. Feel free to give us a call for your Mac related questions.

Q: How long does the average house call last?
A: On average, house calls last between 1 to 1.5 hours.
