Q: What should I do to prepare myself for a visit?
A: There are several things that can be done to ensure a smooth visit:

  • Have all the OEM CDs that came with your computer handy.
  • Ensure that there is plenty of room around the computer itself as we might have to get behind it or inside of it.

Q: Why do you have an hourly rate and a flat rate?
A: We wanted to give our customers the most flexibility. For the customers that just need one service performed a flat rate makes the most sense. For those more complicated jobs using an hourly rate is more sensible, instead of charging you for several of our flat rate services.

Q: Do you charge for travel time?
A: No. Our time starts when we arrive on location.

Q: Do you only work with home users, or can you service my small business as well?
A: We’re here to service both homes and small businesses in the entire Portland Metropolitan area.

Q: Do you work on PCs only, or do you service Macs as well?
A: We work on both Macs & PCs. Feel free to give us a call for your Mac related questions.

Q: How long does the average house call last?
A: On average house calls last between 1 to 1.5 hours.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash or personal check.

Q: What days and times are you available?
A: We’re here to schedule appointments and answer questions from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday. Sunday we’re closed.
